When we can help

A good fit
for your next step.

Getting a feature into production should be an understood process. We work on the environments, configuration, visibility, and documentation that make a product easier to run.

  • Deployments depend on manual steps or knowledge held by one person.
  • Your product needs a clearer approach to environments, monitoring, and recovery.
  • You need ongoing engineering support with a defined scope.
What the work covers

Clear scope.
Tangible outputs.

The exact deliverables are agreed around your project.

01

Repeatable infrastructure

Versioned configuration, environment separation, and documented access requirements. Infrastructure choices follow the application and the people operating it.

02

A clear release path

Build and deployment workflows, relevant automated checks, and a plan for handling failed releases. We make the steps and responsibilities explicit.

03

Operational handover and care

Monitoring requirements, recovery considerations, and runbooks suited to the product. Ongoing maintenance, improvements, and response expectations are agreed separately.

How we approach it

From the first conversation
to the next release.

  1. 01

    Review the current setup

Understand how the product runs, how changes reach production, and where the operational risks or repeated tasks are.

  2. 02

    Make delivery repeatable

Define environments and configuration, improve the deployment path, and document critical operational steps.

  3. 03

    Agree the ongoing work

Set priorities for maintenance and improvements, with clear responsibilities and an agreed support arrangement.

Infrastructure shaped around data boundaries.

SoulCare uses AWS services, Terraform, and separate provider databases. Tenant identity determines the data a request can access, making isolation part of the application architecture.

Before we begin

A few useful
answers.

Do you support products you did not build?

We can review an existing product and its infrastructure before agreeing a support scope. Access, documentation, dependencies, and the condition of the code affect what is practical.

Do you offer round-the-clock support?

Coverage, response expectations, and escalation arrangements need to be agreed for each engagement. This website does not include a default 24/7 support commitment.

Can you help reduce cloud costs?

We can review resource usage, architecture, and operating requirements to identify options. Any potential saving depends on the current setup and the trade-offs you can accept.

What does handover include?

We agree that with the scope. It can include source and infrastructure repositories, deployment instructions, environment requirements, and operating notes for your team.
